Brussel sprouts are a form of vegetables closely related to kale Cauliflower and mustard greens. They are a staple of Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners an excellent source of protein. Roast them till they are crisp and golden in colour for a lovely caramelized flavour which is sweet and nutty. Store in refrigerator.
